Client Service Manager
As Client Service Manager, Jordan handles escalated client service and custodian related issues, serves as a point of contact for clients, is responsible for account administration, and provides operational support.
Jordan joined Righthand Capital in 2019 after moving to Boston from Virginia and honing her skills in the art of the latte. Prior to that, she worked as an Academic Learning Assistant at Old Dominion University, where she worked directly with student athletes to develop good learning habits.
Jordan graduated from Old Dominion University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. In her spare time, Jordan enjoys spending time with her dog, playing field hockey, and drinking room-temperature water.
